However, due to the digital nature of our templates, guides, checklists, and downloadable products, as well as the personalised nature of certain custom items, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any digital or printed products.

We do not offer refunds on any digital products.

Once your purchase is completed, you receive immediate access to downloadable content, which means refunds are not applicable.

Returns
As digital products cannot be physically returned, we are unable to accept returns.

Personalised & Custom Products
All personalised or custom-made products are created specifically for your order and therefore cannot be returned or refunded unless the item arrives damaged or there has been an error on our side.
